Refurbishment of an existing coworking space of approximately 5,000 m² across three floors, adapted to a new brand and identity. The project involved a complete rethinking of the original concept, redefining layout, functionality and the overall spatial experience.

A key element of the intervention was the creation of a café open to the city, designed as a meeting point between the coworking community and the public realm. Beyond its commercial function, it includes informal work areas with varied seating arrangements, encouraging interaction and dynamism.

The new visual language, aligned with the brand, was developed through colours, materials and atmospheres strongly connected to nature, ensuring a coherent identity throughout all three floors.

The existing pantry area was redesigned to become more flexible, now incorporating an auditorium space suitable for a wide range of uses, from daily activity to events.

The result is a more contemporary, versatile and open coworking space, designed to promote well-being, collaboration and new ways of working and using the environment.
