A residential project in Ajuda, Lisbon, developed from the ground up and integrated into a consolidated urban fabric undergoing regeneration. Set between existing buildings, the new volume contributes to the enhancement of the street, where historic and contemporary references coexist.

Getin was responsible for all stages of the project — from planning permission to technical design — as well as overseeing construction in collaboration with Getecno. Material selection was carried out with great care, ensuring coherence, quality and durability throughout the project.

This project reflects Getin’s approach to architecture: integrated solutions, carefully considered in detail and always in dialogue with the urban context.
